Ashley! It was hot, sticky, generally difficult-to-shoot-in weather, but went without a hitch. Ashley's bridal portraits are beautiful -- but it would have been hard to make her less than lovely.

Noah, Hattiesburg MS

First portrait I've shot since moving to Mississippi. Little boy named Noah. Borrowed a local private garden (Thanks!!) for the shoot. The parents were included in some of the shots, but the official portrait was of Noah. Turned out well, I think.

Thornwell and Virginia engagement portrait

Shot at the South Carolina state mental health facility. Thornwell and Virginia didn't want a standard engagement shot, so I told them I'd do something more like my art photography, but they would be included.

I think I managed that, and they seem to like the photo.

I also shot Thornwell and Virginia's wedding about two weeks ago (last weekend of March) and will post some photos of their wedding when I finish them up.

Trinity and Mark

Mark and Trinity were married in Gillette, Wyoming. In the color photo, Trinity is smiling at Mark. I like the cowboy hat in the b/w shot.

Becky

Getting ready for the wedding, held in north Georgia, Becky spent a few hours at a salon. Hair, nails, the works. I'd say the time was well spent. Beautiful!

I also really dig the elephant in the background in the salon.

Jennifer and Charles were married at the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia SC. The two individual portraits of them are from their rehearsal dinner. My favorite is the one of the two of them walking down the aisle after the ceremony.
